One of my favorite things about food (of which there are many) is that it connects us as humans. A shared experience. Deeply nourishing. Yes, pizza absolutely counts.

When I am not eating or playing, I work in software architecture.

I love the idea of these logic constructs, needing only your imagination and an understanding of a computer language – like any language, codified with words and syntax –  to create them. Then just used as building blocks to create things like Excel, the thing that recommends your next Netflix binge, a NASA simulator! 🤓 Computers are amazing things, people.

So it was a perfect reminder to work in front of a Lego AT-AT complete with Stormtroopers, Trojan-Horse style, and spring-loaded shooting action! Feats of engineering that delight are the best kind. And hopefully that’s what I’m creating too! Bringing technology back to the humans…

whatever that means to you.
